Full Presentation Available Here. This presentation is really best experienced, not simply read. I firmly believe that PowerPoint or Keynote is an accessory to the presentation, while the presentation itself lives in the head of the producer.

Interesting questions about what a guild for an organization, corporation, or even political campaign might look like. Tom noted that Blizzard is not interested in 'opening' up the world, to make sure the emphasis remains on playing rather than on building wealth, etc. Blizzard has discussed the potential of creating in-world space (real-estate) for users.
